ARRIVAL & CHECK-OUT POLICY:
- Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Check-in is between 3pm-7pm.
- Arrangements must be made for late arrivals.
- Please be considerate for new guests checking in. Check-out is by 11am.
- For health and safety reasons smoking is not allowed in the Inn or Guest House. Smoking is permitted at picnic tables only. Sorry, no pets allowed.
Additional Information
- Rates are based on double occupancy
- Additional adult or child over ten is a $20 fee
- Children five thru nine is a $12 fee
- 9% ME lodging tax not included
- Two or three or five night minimum stay during some peak weeks
- Peak season is May 25th - October 8th
- Off season is October 9th - May 24th
- Three night minimum stay on certain holidays and weekends
- All rooms are air conditioned during peak season
